Corkbeg had a big 7-0 win at home to Central Rovers on Saturday afternoon in Whitegate. As the scoreline suggests, Corkbeg dominated for the duration of the game and it was an easy three points for the home team.
Corkbeg led after only two minutes, when Jordan Tynan played a cracking ball through to Kevin O Hanlon, who finished well. The Beg missed a host of chances, before Shane Bennett doubled the lead on 25 minutes with a low finish.

Right on the stroke of half time, Kevin O Hanlon rolled the ball home for number three after a great flick on by Tariq Tynan. 3-0 at the break.

Within three second half minutes, Corkbeg had number four on the board, when Bennett shot home from close range after Tariq Tynans shot was blocked. And four became five, when Tariq Tynan (pictured) lobbed the ball over the advancing goalkeeper on 53 minutes.

Tynan grabbed his second goal, the goal of the game, on 64 minutes when he stretched to connect with Alan Hogans pinpoint cross and head into the top corner.
Shane Bennett completed his hat-trick a minute later when he dispossessed the Central centre half and slotted home to complete the scoring.
