Brian Martin appointed Ist Team Manager
On the day that Jose (The special one) joined Real Madrid , the beg quietly announced that Brian Martin would take up the reins as first team manager for the forthcoming season. Signed on what is believed to be a rolling one year contract , Brian brings many years of experience to the role. While his backroom team is not yet fully complete, it is pleasing from a club continuity point of view that Denis O Sullivan will stay on as No 2. Speaking at the press conference, in Aghada Community Center,after his appointment , Brian said ” I am looking forward to the challenge and hopefully we can maintain the progress this team has made in the last couple of years under Ronan (Forde).
